We have always referred to aspirating food or water as, "Did it go down the wrong pipe? So Joshua was eating a Peeps Rabbit like the one above, a gift from his Great Grandmother Mary, when he choked on the marshmallow goodness. I looked at him and he said, "I had a Peep in my Pipe."
