Don't give things up. Keep active. Keep Laughing not only at your loved ones, but at yourself. Laugh at stupid jokes and clever ones. Don't behave how you are expected to. Live every day well, you have no guarantee of a tomorrow. Keep learning and exercise your brain as well as your body. Smile at Strangers.
