Neighborhood Figures it Out
We have an app that we use for town stuff. Who had mail tampered with, where cars are being broken into, things for sale and up coming events. Lately we have been experiencing a gridlock on our streets in town due to beach traffic. Saturdays and Sundays are impossible driving days. A ten minute drive across town can take up to an hour and a half. Someone complained and it opened the flood gates for everyone to complain. Then someone said that Google maps shows our town streets as an alternate route when Hwy 17 is backed up. BINGO. That explains why our recent (past two years) have seen this grid lock pattern. We launched a report to Google campaign. It is so great when people brainstorm and come up with solutions.

Carolyn Sills Combo
Met Carolyn and Gerard at Santa Cruz Guitar, where they both work. We really liked them and they somehow reminded us of ourselves way back when. They told us they were doing a concert at the Music in the Park in Los Gatos, so tonight we went and enjoyed their music. Great Country Swing!

Where in the Sam Hill?
This is Zachary and Sam Hill. Sam Hill was a forward thinking man that made a model road to serve as an example that a road could be built along the Columbia River in Washington that would link Yakima to the Pacific. Little did Sam know that this road would serve the International Gravity Sports and become a Skater and Luge riders dream come true. Sam Hill got his road built and Zachary enjoyed the Competition. Now we know Where in the Sam Hill it all is.
